1. Reservation
Please fill out and submit the “Reservation Form” on our website.
2. Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email. Please review the details carefully. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a payment link for credit card payment.
3. Delivery
We will deliver the wheelchair to your designated location (such as your hotel lobby) at the scheduled time.
4. Documentation
Please complete the required forms provided at the time of delivery.
5. Instructions
We will explain how to use the wheelchair.

We will confirm the return date, time, and location when you complete the required forms.
Please make sure to follow the agreed schedule.
