・Wheelchair rental
・One support staff member accompanies the customer throughout their trip during the wheelchair rental period for each wheelchair rented.

※Support staff cannot be arranged without wheelchair rental.
※Our support staff are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical care or medical assistance. Support is limited to assistance permitted under Japanese law.
※Overnight accompaniment is also available. However, accommodation, transportation, and other related expenses must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
※Our support staff do not speak English. Communication will be handled using translation tools or similar services.
