I am going sightseeing in Tokyo and would like to rent an electric wheelchair or scooter. For how long can I rent it?
All items can be rented on a weekly basis, and you can reserve multiple weeks at a time.
For rentals of one month or longer, please contact us.
How will the rented wheelchair or scooter be received and returned?
Our professional wheelchair staff will deliver the wheelchair or scooter and accessories at the requested receiving location (e.g., customer’s lodging) and pick up from the same location or a different location confirmed by the customer with our team.
In which areas will it be available?
Available area is Tokyo and Yokohama area only.
Can I return the wheelchair outside the Tokyo/Yokohama area?
Unfortunately, that is not possible. Please return the wheelchair/scooter and accessories in the available area (Tokyo and Yokohama area).
When and how do I pay the rental fee?
Payment must be made in advance by credit card at the time of application.
