Way to use
1. Reservations
Please fill out and submit the “Reservations Form” on this website.
2. Confirmation of Reservations
Please be sure to check the contents of the e-mail that will be sent back to you to confirm your reservation.
3. Delivery of electric wheelchairs/wheelchairs
We will deliver to the time and place (hotel lobby) specified by the customer on the day of the event.
4. Fill out and sign the required forms
Please fill out the required information on the form provided.
5. Payment
Please make payment after filling out the form.
Only Japanese yen/cash is accepted.
6. Explanations
We will explain how to use it and other details.
7. Have a nice day!

How to return
1. Confirm return date/place
We will confirm the date and time of return when stated in writing at the time of use.
Please be sure to keep to that time.
2. Check for damage, etc.
We will check the wheelchair for any damage upon return.
If there are no problems, your return is complete.
